House Omnibus Remains Free of Labor Restrictions
According to the Friends of ATR Blog:
Well, in the end, when it was all said and done, none of the fearful labor provisions where in the House Omnibus spending bill.
However, there are still some frightening provisions in the text, not to mention the travesty of how the bill was introduced.
In an effort to prevent the Republican staff from having any time to properly research several issues and inform their bosses, the Omnibus was introduced on midnight, Monday early morning and scheduled for the floor the same day.
