West Virginia: Hearing Seeks Answers to Prevailing Wage Issue
According to the State Journal:
For more than a decade, companies that receive government contracts for certain types of construction and labor jobs have had to pay workers prevailing wage. Now the method used to determine that wage is being questioned.
